These Terms and Conditions apply to each individual donation you make. Except as provided in Section 5 (“Recurring Donations”), and unless otherwise specified by you, they do not constitute a contract for future or successive transactions. By confirming on the St. Andrew’s Church Website (“the Website”) that you wish to make a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for that donation.

1. Donation Services

• All payments through the Website must be made by digital payment.
• Once you confirm your donation on the Website, the transaction will be processed through our payment service provider QFPay (“our payment provider”). By confirming, you authorize us to request funds from your credit card provider through our payment provider.
• Online donations are currently accepted only in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

2. Tax Receipts

• St Andrew’s Church is a registered charity, tax-exempt under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (CAP. 112).
• Under Hongkong tax regulations, monetary donations of HKD 100 or above may be claimed for tax deductions, limited to 35% of your assessable income.
• To obtain a tax receipt, please provide your full name (as shown on your HKID card).

3. Information from You

• To process a donation, you must provide:

(i) your name and email address, and

(ii) credit card details for payment.

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
• Payment details are securely transferred to our payment provider. St Andrew’s does not store or have access to your full credit card number.
• We will not share your personal details with third parties. Our Privacy Statement forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and by agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the use and protection of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

4. Refund Policy

• There will be no refund to a donor when a donation is made.

5. Recurring Donations

• These Terms and Conditions also apply to recurring donations set up through the Website.
• By setting up a recurring donation, you schedule a series of donations based on the amount, frequency, and duration you specify.
• By confirming, you authorize our payment provider to request funds from your credit card according to your chosen schedule.
• You may cancel your recurring donation at any time online.

6. General

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR courts.
