We’re reminded of God’s overwhelming generosity to us, as King David prayed, “Everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your hand” (1 Chronicles 29:14). Giving to the ministry at St Andrew’s can be done in the following ways…

CHURCH FUNDS

General Fund: To fund the general running of the ministries of the church. 12% of the giving to this Fund is set aside to support the ongoing ministries of our mission partners.

 

Care Fund: To provide financial support for church members going through challenging times or crises, for asylum seekers, for refugees and for any emergency relief initiatives.

 

Mission Project Fund: To support mission-related projects initiated by church members, existing mission partners and other eligible applicants as approved by the Missions Committee.

 

Capital Project Fund: To fund the capital and maintenance projects of the church.

St Andrew’s Church is a registered charity and tax exempted under Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance (CAP. 112). Monetary donations made to ‘St Andrew’s Church’ may be claimed for tax deductions under the Inland Revenue Ordinance if the aggregate is over HKD100 and limited to 35% of your assessable income. To obtain a tax receipt for your donation, please mark your name (as shown on your HKID card) and your full mailing address on the Offering Envelope or email the receipt information to info@standrews.org.hk.
