COURSES
At St Andrew’s we aim to equip Christians to know God more deeply and make God known to others. We offer a variety of courses throughout the year to build and support Christians in their faith. On Sundays, we offer the Preliminary Theological Certificate from Moore Theological College (Sydney, Australia). This course has 6 units that are run consecutively throughout the year. We also run courses on personal evangelism, pastoral care, marriage, and parenting. Qualified staff and church members teach all of our courses.
MINISTRY ASSOCIATE PROGRAMME
We know that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. We are convinced that a key part of raising up workers for that harvest is to train people in a way that will be sustainable for a lifetime of service, wherever they are.
The Ministry Associate Programme (MAP) is an opportunity be equipped to teach the Bible to others, understand doctrine, and receive practical skills essential in Christian ministry. MAP can be a one or two year internship either part-time or full-time, where you get practical ministry experience and formal teaching.
Regular church members are also able to participate in the weekly MAP training sessions on Wednesday afternoons, without doing the internship.
