Amidst the busyness and growth of Hong Kong, St Andrew’s has stood at Nathan Road for over 115 years. We’re a diverse community of people from different backgrounds, nationalities, and ages who are united in our belief in Jesus Christ.
We recognize that Hong Kong is a frantic place and that sometimes it’s difficult to think about the more important things in life. We want St Andrew’s to be a place where people are always free to explore faith and grow in their relationship with Jesus. We prioritise in-depth Bible teaching, authentic community, and using our gifts to serve others.
Whether you’re a long time Christian looking for a new church home, or someone investigating Christianity, you are very welcome at St Andrew’s.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Whether you’ve never been to a church before, or you’ve attended a church your whole life, you’re very welcome at St Andrew’s. Sometimes, visiting somewhere new can be a bit daunting, so we’d like to help you learn more about what happens when you visit us on Sundays. All our services include times of musical worship, corporate prayer, and in-depth bible teaching. After the service you can stay around and enjoy some good conversations.
This is a quieter gathering that meets in the Old Church. We receive Holy Communion every Sunday; using liturgy from the Book of Common Prayer and sing traditional hymns together.
These contemporary services are suitable for all stages of life and faith. A baby room is available in the Life Centre auditorium. Crèche and age-appropriate programmes for children and youth are run by qualified volunteers.
Our Putonghua (Mandarin) Service meets at 11.30am in the Old Church building. Children’s and Youth ministries are offered, as well as small group bible studies and courses.

I'M EXPLORING FAITH
If you’re exploring the Christian faith we’d love to welcome you at any of our Sunday services. If you want to understand who Jesus is in more depth, we’d encourage you to come to the Christianity Explored course. It’s a free 6-week course that runs several times a year. In an informal setting over dinner, we look at the life and claims of Jesus, and show how he makes sense of life. It’s a relaxed environment with some time to hang out, a short talk, discussion time and Q&A.
I'M LOOKING FOR A CHURCH
We’d love you to join us at any of our Sunday services. If you want to find out more about St Andrew’s and you’re considering making here your church home, the Partnership course is the next step. It’s a three-week course designed to welcome you to St Andrew’s, look at our beliefs, explore what the Bible says about belonging to a Christian community, and to connect with new people. Each session includes a short talk, discussions with other new members and food. From there, we can help you with the next step in church life.
