Al has oversight over St Andrew’s groups, including Oxygen and university student ministry, as well as taking pastoral care of the 5pm service.

Al initially worked as an engineer before training for the ministry. He is married to Esther and they have two daughters, Chloe and Eva. In his spare time he enjoys reading and a bit of sport.
