Discipleship

St. Andrew's Church is geared for growth, not only in numbers through evangelism and making new Christians, but also in individual spiritual development. Our aim is to make every Christian into a mature disciple of Christ. Members of the church will be challenged to bring every area of their lives under the lordship of Jesus Christ and to commit themselves to living life according to his commands. Disciples of Christ are learning to submit their time-management, their money, their sexuality, their relationships, their work, their decision-making….. their all, to Christ. We help church members to grapple with these issues through the Discipleship Course entitled "Living in the Light". We also have a commitment to training and developing leaders who will themselves be a role-model to guide others into mature discipleship.
